LIQUID ANALYSIS

The 9000 series pH & Redox sensors are designed for direct installation into a pipe or in the wall of a tank for continuous pH or Redox monitoring and control. These sensors have a large non-clogging peripheral reference junction, which is constructed in annular form around the sensing electrode. The 9000 series sensors have a Kynar body with a 0.5” NPT male threaded process connection and must always be installed at least 15 ° above horizontal for correct operation.

The P11, P14, O11, O14 AND GT135 electrodes are 12mm diameter electrodes with the European standard PG13.5 configuration. The 12mm x 120mm size fits a wide array of housings found in both industrial and waste water treatment applications. This standard design simplifies electrode stocking, as one sensor can now serve as a replacement for numerous installations.

DynaProbes were designed to withstand the aggressive environment of pulp and paper manufacturing. The patented internal design features a solid state, reference half-cell with the unique IonTrap™ for extended sensor life in the most severe applications. Choose from the different body styles, body materials, reference materials and bulb designs to create a sensor to fit any industrial application. The three primary sensor designs are: Twist Lock, Pipe Thread, and Valve Retraction.

The PME20 series of PVC holders provide a very convenient way of mounting the sensor into an open tank, channel or pipework system. The holders are suitable for use with any PG13.5 style pH or Redox electrodes.

pH measurement of many industrial processes and waste streams can be difficult to measure reliably over extended time periods without some form of maintenance. LTH Electronics can offer spray wash cleaning adapters for their pH electrode systems to reduce maintenance and improve electrode life in applications where a pH or Redox electrode bulb is prone to coating.

The HD2306.0 portable conductivity meter is supplied complete with a combined 4-electrode conductivity and temperate sensor covering a measuring range of 0µS/cm to 200mS/cm with a cell constant K=1.0 and also has automatic range change. The HD2306.0 conductivity meter has automatic temperature compensation using a PT100 temperature compensator which is built into the conductivity cell. The temperature compensation can be set to a base of 20°C or 25°C and can also be set to out. There is a choice of automatic or manual calibration and the option of Auto power off. The HD2306.0 is powered by 3 x 1.5v type AA batteries. The kit is supplied in a protective carrying case with a 12,880 µS/cm standard solution.

LTH HD2305.0 Portable Instrument is capable of measuring pH, temperature and Redox when used with the correct sensor and has automatic or manual temperature compensation.

LTH PTU Series Ultrasonic Level Transducers have been designed for use in tanks, silos and channels and are suitable for use with granular solids, liquids and sludge.

LTH RPL Series Radar Level Transmitters are suitable for continuous non contact level measurement applications for solids, liquid, pulps and slurries.

LTH SWING Controller for IP65 surface mounting has been designed as a general purpose controller for use with either 1 or 2 Ultrasonic level sensors from either the PTU or Smart series.
